Luis Figo began his career at the Sporting Lisbon club. In 1995 he moved to Barcelona and became the mainstay of Barca in winning 2 La Liga titles. Figo then moved to Barca rivals Real Madrid in 2000 with a record transfer value at the time. His move to Real Madrid was so controversial that Figo was labeled a traitor. Together with Real Madrid, Figo won many titles including 1 Champions League title and 2 Spanish League titles.
