Jorge Luiz Frello Filho, also known as Jorginho, was born on December 20, 1991 in Santa Catarina, Brazil. He was born to a mother named Maria Tereza. However, some sources did not name the father of Jorginho.

At the age of 13, Jorginho received money from the results of playing his first football, the money he shared for his mother who had encouraged him to love football.

Mature with his youth club, Jorginho finally got an offer from Hellas Verona junior. At the age of 15 Jorginho officially entered the Hellas Verona youth team. But the bitter experience Jorginho had felt at the beginning of his career.
