Mane rejects World Cup qualifying celebration in favor of Mohamed Salah

Sadio Mane is said to not want Liverpool to hold a celebration of qualifying for the World Cup for him in honor of Mohamed Salah.

Mane will appear in the 2022 World Cup after being able to bring Senegal to victory over Egypt in the World Cup playoffs.

According to Jurgen Klopp, quoted from Sport Bible, Sadio Mane asked Liverpool to cancel the celebration ceremony for qualifying for the World Cup which was previously scheduled for him. Mane asked for it to be canceled out of respect for Mohamed Salah.

Salah, who is also Mane's partner at Liverpool, is an Egyptian star. In the last World Cup playoffs, Salah and Egypt had to accept the fact that they lost on penalties to Senegal.
